Softlink Information Centers had an exciting and productive June, participating in two major events: the British & Irish Association of Law Librarians (BIALL) Conference in Leeds, United Kingdom, and the Canadian Association of Law Libraries (CALL) Conference in Montreal, Canada. Both conferences provided fantastic opportunities to connect with our customers and meet new prospects.

At the BIALL Conference, held from June 12-14, 2024, Sarah Thompson, our General Manager, and Jeovanny Rivera, our Technical Service Delivery Manager, showcased our flagship products: Liberty, our integrated library management system, and illumin, our pioneering Knowledge & Research Management platform.

We also introduced Liberty Digital, our latest solution designed to help forward-thinking libraries and archives navigate the digital age with ease. Liberty Digital empowers your collection by seamlessly merging the management of digital and physical assets, offering advanced full-text searching, AI metadata assistance, advanced integrations and so much more.

“Our participation in BIALL was incredibly rewarding. We caught up with many of our customers and made many new connections demonstrating how our solutions can provide flexible and secure information access tailored for law firms,” said Sarah Thompson.

Following the success at BIALL, we made our debut at the CALL Conference from June 25-28, 2024. This year’s theme, “Languages of Law,” set the stage for engaging discussions with both new and existing clients. Sarah Thompson and Matt Coy had a great time demonstrating the capabilities of our innovative solutions to the attendees.

Both conferences underscored the importance of connecting with the legal information community. We received enthusiastic feedback about our suite of products and we look forward to continuing these conversations at future events.
