Softlink Acquires Aurora Information Technology

Softlink Information Centers, a Volaris Group company, has acquired Aurora Information Technology (AIT), a leading developer of software solutions for public and special libraries . Founded in the late 1990s by Doug Coulson and Martin Fisk, AIT has built a solid reputation delivering reliable and user-friendly software.

AIT’s expertise aligns with Softlink’s commitment to providing cutting-edge technology for library and information management professionals. The AIT team will now be part of Softlink Information Centers, led by General Manager Sarah Thompson.

What This Means for Our Existing Customers

Our Liberty, Liberty Digital and illumin customers can rest assured that nothing will change with our current products – they will continue to receive the same awesome service and support they’ve come to expect. Bringing AIT’s solutions into Softlink’s offerings will enhance our range of products, tools and services, allowing us to better meet the needs of library and information management professionals.
