SWITCH 2024, held November 12–15 at the Opal Cove Resort in Coffs Harbour, marked an exciting milestone for AIT, now part of Softlink Information Centers. This was the first public library conference since joining Softlink IC, providing a unique opportunity to introduce the combined strengths of AIT and Softlink IC to the public library community.

Hosted by the NSW Public Libraries Association, SWITCH 2024 brought together public library professionals for a dynamic program of thought-provoking sessions, networking opportunities, and social events. Over the 3-day conference, delegates connected, exchanged ideas, and celebrated their achievements in the public library sector.

Our booth buzzed with activity as we demonstrated the latest version of Aurora Montage and shared insights about Aurora Astria, our upcoming cloud-based solution for library staff. These tools sparked engaging discussions about streamlining workflows, enhancing patron experiences, and empowering library teams to deliver exceptional services.
