What is the Virtual Open Day?

Our Virtual Open Day is a chance for knowledge management professionals eager to expand their networks and enhance their skills. Join us for an engaging lineup of six 30-minute presentations delivered by our panel of expert presenters across three time zones.

These sessions will be packed with ideas, advice, tips and tricks when you’re using illumin & Liberty. Our team of presenters will cover a diverse range of topics, including how AI can streamline cataloging, enhanced searching tips in our digital OPAC, uncovering customer insights and secrets, boosting library user engagement with essential reports and delivering exceptional service through illumin.  There’ll be something for everyone, regardless of your experience using library or request management systems! We’re hosting the event on Zoom, so feel free to register in advance for your preferred time zone.
