On 18 June 2024, we hosted a User Group Meeting (UGM) in central London. The event was well attended, bringing together some of our community of library and information management professionals from around the United Kingdom.

• Interactive Brainstorming: A collaborative session focused on innovative library engagement strategies, fostering a fantastic exchange of ideas and best practices.
• Masterclass on Reporting: Practical tips and insights on maximizing the use of our reporting tools, addressing common challenges with solutions.
• Q&A Session: An open floor Q&A allowed participants to address their queries directly to our team, ensuring they left with all their questions answered.
