The final Liberty Virtual User Group Meetings for 2018 a success!

It was a fantastic turnout for Liberty’s Northern and Southern Hemisphere Virtual User Group Meetings (VUGMs).

The number of attendees was very close to the record we achieved for March 2018 VUGMs. Given the Melbourne User Conference in August and the UK Liberty Training and User Group Meetings due in October, it was very pleasing.

Softlink’s Customer Community Manager Maida Rubin, demonstrated Liberty’s new features and enhancements. Questions and suggestions from those who could not attend were also discussed. The discussion session was lively and informative with suggestions on future features appreciated!

Thrilled with the positive responses from our attending customers, Maida commented,

“It was heart-warming to receive so many thank you’s during the meeting and in the follow-up emails I received.”

One of our Australian Liberty users, said she is looking forward to using some of the features included in the latest version.

It is reassuring to know that our customers love attending VUGMs when possible. They appreciate the opportunity to have the new features demonstrated. Receiving immediate answers to their questions about the features is a huge bonus.

There was a great deal of interest from attendees is accessing the recordings of both meetings. Attendees have been sent the recording links. Those links are now available via Liberty’s Support portal.

Having a community of customers who embrace opportunities to learn more about how they can use the system is rewarding.

We would like to thank Jeff and Jeo who helped with support during the meetings and managed the “chat”. Thanks also go and James and Sarah who helped with the pre and post tasks that always go with these meetings.

Information Centres’ look forward to delivering VUGMs for many years to come. Plans are already underway for next year!
