In this spotlight, we’re featuring one of our Software Developers, Ben, who joined Softlink IC in early 2024. Ben works across our library and research management products, where a big part of his role is building new features that help keep our software practical, reliable, and easy to use. Known for his problem-solving approach and dry sense of humor, Ben is an important part of the development team.
Today, most special libraries and archives aren’t taking full advantage of their current library management systems. Not because the tools aren’t there, but because it’s time consuming to explore everything between daily tasks like urgent research requests, maintaining compliance, or supporting internal projects.
If you missed the introduction to our “Role of technology in library outreach” series, we’re defining library outreach as the endeavours that are aimed at the following:

Despite the best intentions, security gaps can result. No one is perfect and we all need help sometimes. With that in mind, Softlink IC would like to share with you what we believe are the 5 top possible security sins that could be committed!
